Hello
We are Mike and Chris Hawkes from Hampshire, who with our 2 sons Daniel and Richard fell in love with all that Florida has to offer when we rented a villa for ourselves.
It started out as the holiday to Disney that we had always promised the boys. The one we would do one day before they got too old to want to come on holiday with us any more, but suddenly found that it wasn't just for children, but somewhere that we all didn't want to come back from.
Having rented a villa made us realise what superb value they were - so much space and freedom, plus of course the fabulous private heated pool and hot tub for early morning dips, or for relaxing in to watch the sunset at the end of a tiring day at the theme parks or the malls.
We rent out '429' whenever we cannot use it ourselves. Although it is a wrench every time we have to leave and return to our 'other' home it is made better by the fact since we bought '429' we have rented to many families looking for a home from home while enjoying all that the area has to offer, including the championship golf course at Highlands reserve itself . We always think of our renters as guests and are happy to give any help or advice that we can. In return we have made contact with many lovely people who have stayed in the villa and had a wonderful holiday.
